1. Introduction

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund options:

7-Day Evaluation Period: New subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their first purchase by providing specific reasons why the Service does not meet their needs.
Service Disruption Refund: If our Service experiences significant technical problems preventing you from using core functionality for more than 24 hours, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
Early Cancellation of Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscription users who need to cancel early, we do not provide cash refunds, but may convert the remaining unused portion to service credits of equivalent value, valid for 12 months.
Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refund will be provided for the current month. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Content Ownership and Licenses

You acknowledge and agree that we may use your inputs and outputs generated on the platform to train, enhance, and improve our AI models and related technologies. You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your inputs and outputs for such purposes.

The Service, related software, visual interfaces, graphics, and underlying technology are the proprietary property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly authorized by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

By mutual agreement, the parties may also choose to resolve disputes through arbitration conducted by the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taiwan. The arbitration shall take place in Taipei City and shall be conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taiwan.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring any disputes only in your individual capacity, and not as a member of any class action.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.

11.2 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. After modifications, we will post the updated version on the website. Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
